We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Merchandise purchased on or may be returned for a full refund less shipping within 30 days of the date of purchase if it meets the following conditions:

  • Merchandise was purchased on or We do not accept returns from other stores or other unauthorized retailers
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. 

Original condition is defined as: 

    • All tags still attached to product
    • Guard must be unworn with tread like new (it’s good to try them on indoors to check for fit for safely), and unaltered
    • Merchandise must be with it’s original packaging-hang tags
  • Return shipment must include the packing slip
  • Reason for return must be indicated
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost

  • If there is a fulfillment error made by SMSportz® Splosheez, the correct item will be shipped to you at no charge  

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount. We do not refund shipping charges.  

Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.

Returns can only be completed in the country where the product was purchased.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will refund any outbound shipping or tax paid by the customer.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

If you are shipping items valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item but will credit the unused return upon receipt.
