We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we want to reduce the hassle and environmental impacts of returns .

We thank you for noting at time of order your shoe brand and size that you are trying to cover.  We strive to review and verify that our guards will fit your specific brand and size, so we may contact you if a mistake was made or if a more optimal size is available for your shoe model.  

If you need a smaller or larger size, we may credit or invoice you for the difference, or at times you may need to cancel and re-order.  We are constantly updating our size chart to provide the most ideal size for you to choose, but we ask that you follow the directions and measure your footwear first to determine if it fits within the published dimensional size ranges for your shoe's length and width.  

Some shoes and models may not fit, so we publish brand specific data as well as shoe dimensional data in order for you to choose the correct size upfront.

SMSportz® Splosheez are designed to fit multiple brands and sizes.  Your guards may fit tighter if they are on the high end of the size range and more loosely if on the lower end.  Please always try guards on indoors with your sport shoes on (it's much harder to stretch the guards manually when not wearing your shoes)to assess fit and safety prior to wearing.  

Merchandise purchased on Splosheez.com or SMSportz.com may be returned for a refund, one item/one time return per customer, if the return is within 30 days of the date of purchase and if it meets the following conditions:

  • Merchandise was purchased on Splosheez.com or SMSportz.com. We do not accept returns from other stores, other countries, exchanges with other customers, or other unauthorized retailers.
  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition within 30 days of purchase. 

Original condition is defined as: 

    • Guards must be unworn with treads like new (it’s good to try them on indoors to check for secure fit), unaltered, with no visible markings.
    • Merchandise must include original packaging-hang tags
    • Indicate reason for return please
    • Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs. If product is returned in an unsellable condition, the return is subject to a $20.00 restocking fee.
    • Restocking fee will be higher with orders of 2 or more pair.

  • If there is a fulfillment error made by SMSportz® Splosheez, the correct item will be shipped to you at no charge  

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include only the product and tax amount. Items received as a gift will be refunded to the purchaser.

Returns can only be completed in the USA.  Cancelled orders will be charged a $5.00 processing fee.

Our Return Policy is subject to change at any time.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and to inquire as to the reason if it was not provided. We will also notify you of the processing of your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days. 


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at smsportzdesign@gmail.com.  

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: SMSportz Design LLC, 205 De Anza Blvd, #37, San Mateo CA 94402, United States in a flat rate Priority envelope provided at no charge to you at any USPS location.  

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
